an almost micro poem, mostly just my Saturday thoughts —

I don’t take good enough care of myself
but sometimes I’m not sure how to do better

what could I still be missing that I need?

if I knew, maybe I could fix it

or maybe knowledge is just a burden
to remind me of my own mistakes
